Looking back at 2019

What. A. Year.

It feels a little surreal to be sat here once again, glancing over at our Christmas tree (which needs to come down soon!), my hand in a box of Quality Street, looking back over the past year.

2019 was a year which I feel like I have been looking forward to for a long time. Three of the weddings had been booked way back in 2017, so it really did feel like when the day finally came – we had already been on a wedding planning journey and it was incredible to see all the details I had heard so much about, come together perfectly.

This year I’ve laughed until my belly hurt during the speeches, I’ve cried real tears during vows and, on reflection, I feel like I have spent the entire year meeting the most wonderful people.

I don’t have all the right words, but in that sense I feel so lucky that (as the saying goes) a picture speaks a thousand words – so I will leave you some of my absolute favourite photographs of 2019.

Before I get back to the pile of Christmas chocolates, I just wanted to say the biggest, heartfelt thank you. With your continued support, I have been able to continue to do something I only ever dreamt of when I began my journey as a Wedding Photographer 10 years ago.

A huge Happy New Year to you all and bring on 2020!
